My paintings are inspired by the beautiful British countryside and are a visual interpretation of nature & its changing emotions through the seasons. 

I hope my paintings give a sense of being a part of nature’s never ending beauty, keeping the colour of the countryside alive with its amazing changes in texture, light and life.

'Happiness Blooms'

Inspired by the beautiful British countryside and our wonderful cottage gardens brimming with plants that attract our British pollinating insects.

This painting was created in July 2016. It is a lovely combination of mixed media; acrylic paint, acrylic ink, collage and a touch of sparkle with gloss and glitter which brings the painting to life and makes it dance in the light.

I was sent a collection of poems full of uplifting positive notations to nature, and as these peices are so full of joy, happiness and positivity I decided to incorporate these words into the artwork as part of the flower stems. If you look closely, you'll see these quotes:
