Cancellations, returns and refunds - UK internet/mail/phone sales

If you wish to cancel or change your order please advise me at the earliest possible opportunity. If having received your order you wish to return it for a refund you must advise me within seven days of receipt, then a refund of the purchase price and the original delivery charge will be made within 28 days. The goods must be returned to me in original condition within 21 days of receipt, and the return delivery charge must be paid by you. It is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods reach me in ''as new'' condition, and I advise you to send any returns via a tracked and insured delivery service.


Damage in transit

On rare occasions goods may arrive that have been damaged in transit. If possible, please reject them as damaged and ask the driver to return to sender. If for some reason this is not possible please call me so I can help resolve the situation - if you are able to e-mail me a digital photograph of the damage I will be very grateful.
