My delivery rates are carefully calculated according to size and weight so that I can ensure that I am able to deliver all orders using either Royal Mail signed for delivery service or ParcelForce Express tracked delivery.
Delivery rates will vary depending upon the size and quantity of the items being ordered.
International orders: All orders are despatched using an International tracked and signed for delivery service. Delivery charges will vary depending upon the size and quantity of the artworks being ordered and the country being delivered to. Delivery charges will be applied upon your order request.
Goods are dispatched via signed for and/or tracked delivery service as soon as possible. Some of my artworks are already completed and I normally aim to despatch these within two working days.
Please be aware however, that as most of my artworks are either original canvas paintings or mounted prints they are made to order. I aim to begin production of made to order artworks on the next working day following completed purchase and approval. Usually this means that mounted prints and greetings cards are dispatched within three working days of orders being placed and canvas paintings are dispatched within five working days of orders being placed. For larger canvas paintings and commissions completion of the artworks can take longer and I aim to despatch these orders within seven to fourteen working days depending on my studio workload.
In all cases I will contact you if there is likely to be any delay in dispatching your order in excess of the timescales outlined above.
Extra large parcels are classified as canvas paintings that exceed dimensions of 45x91cm (18x36''). Delivery of these items will only be made on agreement of a fixed delivery date and time, this will be done in writing via e-mail within three working days of your order being placed. Should a recipient not be available at the delivery address at the agreed date and time, the parcel will be returned to my studio. Additional delivery charges will then need to be paid by you to arrange re-delivery. Additional delivery charges may vary depending on the re-delivery location.

If the goods you are ordering are in stock I may be able to despatch via overnight delivery if your order is urgent. If this is the case please phone me to discuss and place your order, rather than using the website.
