General

I am not keen on overly complicated and legalistic terms and conditions, but there are a few things that I need to lay out here briefly and clearly to ensure transactions run smoothly. If you have any questions about any of these points please contact me and I will be pleased to assist.

 

Copyright

At all times copyright remains strictly with the artist Della Marie Barker. Reproduction of any images and text in any form for any reason is strictly prohibited without my prior written consent.

 

Trademarks

Please be advised that both Della Marie Barker and my LOGO are trademarks and may not be used or reproduced in any way or for any reason.

 

Complaints

Customer satisfaction is very important to me and I work hard to achieve this however, I recognise that occasionally things may not go quite as we would wish. If at any time you have cause for dissatisfaction or complaint about any of my goods or services then please let me know as soon as you can and I will do my best to resolve the situation.

 

Cancellations, returns and refunds - UK internet/mail/phone sales

If you wish to cancel or change your order please advise me at the earliest possible opportunity. If having received your order you wish to return it for a refund you must advise me within seven days of receipt, then a refund of the purchase price and the original delivery charge will be made within 28 days. The goods must be returned to me in original condition within 21 days of receipt, and the return delivery charge must be paid by you. It is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods reach me in ''as new'' condition, and I advise you to send any returns via a tracked and insured delivery service.

 

Delivery of extra large parcels

Extra large parcels are classified as canvas paintings that exceed dimensions of 45x91cm (18x36''). Delivery of these items will only be made on agreement of a fixed delivery date and time, this will be done in writing via e-mail within three working days of your order being placed. Should a recipient not be available at the delivery address at the agreed date and time, the parcel will be returned to my studio. Additional delivery charges will then need to be paid by you to arrange re-delivery. Additional delivery charges may vary depending on the re-delivery location.

 

Damage in transit

On rare occasions goods may arrive that have been damaged in transit. If possible, please reject them as damaged and ask the driver to return to sender. If for some reason this is not possible please call me so I can help resolve the situation - it would be most appreciated if you are able to e-mail me a digital photograph of the damage.
